Most possibly though, there existed a previous construction in the same place. At some point, the house was split into two properties, thus explaining its two main entrances on the south facade. The last restoration was conducted in phases by the owners who are also Architects/ specialists in Conservation of built heritage. It started in 2007 and was completed in 2013, adapting the building to cover contemporary residential needs.
